The Town of Middlefield Massachusetts was founded in 1783 and is located in Hampshire County.

Middlefield contains about 550 year round residents. Points of interest include Glendale Falls and the keystone railroad arches as well as a clutch of scenic rivers.

The town hosts an annual agricultural fair which is 138 year old tradition in the community.
